So technically the pride month is over now, but since Christopher Street Day is celebrated in Europe from June to August and we have a VERY tasteless joke about «cuming late» up our sleeves, our thoughts about the most colorful month of the year are still valid. What’s to say? It’s the one month, when corporate organizations remember their responsibilities and let their advertising department run wild. And by wild we mean «print that damn rainbow everywhere and write something about tolerance, in 30 days it’s don’t ask don’t tell again». Isn’t that great? Anyways, we promise to be earlier next year and perhaps that’s a time when you can visit Hungary and Poland again without getting arrested for listening to Queen. Freddy was a catch, wasn’t he? So go out there and kiss whoever you want, but perhaps take a look at our proud gems first. Enjoy!

I love being trans, gay, and queer because I’m 60% of the LGBTQ acronym and it feels good to be a majority shareholder in something

Only thing I have to say about Easter was I came out to my Irish Catholic great aunt who was a nun and she told me she knew I was gay when I was a child cause we’d go to churches and I’d always be like “omg Jesus is so handsome” up on the cross 🙃

A friendly reminder that if being gay was a choice, I’d choose to be gayer

me: capitalizing on LGBT themed merchandise during pride month is a shallow and apolitical attempt at supporting the gay community driven only by corporate greed.

Happy pride I will never forget what my grandmother said to me when I came out to her at age 18. The words have really stuck with me. She said “stop crying we’re at a Chinese buffet I don’t care if you’re gay”

One time I messaged a guy on Grindr being like “hey how’s your Monday going” and he never responded and then a week later I stumbled upon his Twitter and he had screenshot my message and tweeted “fucking hate messages like this” and I’m still think about it often.
